All entrants must:
Have a CDH Number
Be a member of a golf club (FlexiClub (Wales) or IGolf Members (England) will not be accepted)
Be aged 18 or under on 01/01/2025 to be eligible
All parents/guardians are required to submit player profile & consent forms for each player
